Guthi Collections is a UK-based online store offering Nepali traditional clothing and jewellery, beginning with carefully selected Newari cultural wear.
Do you have a physical store?
No. Guthi Collections is an online-only store. Customers can browse and place orders securely through our website.
Can I order from anywhere in the UK?
Yes. We deliver across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We deliver to the international destinations currently enabled at checkout. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 5–10 business days for the European Union, 7–14 business days for other supported international destinations, and 2–5 business days for Nepal. Import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your preferred size or option, add the item to your cart and complete checkout securely.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payment methods available through Shopify Checkout, including major debit and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or PayPal may also appear when available and enabled.
Do I need a Shop Pay account?
No. Shop Pay is optional. You can complete your purchase normally using an accepted debit or credit card without creating a Shop account.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–4 business days for UK Standard, 1–2 business days for UK Express, 5–10 business days for the European Union, 7–14 business days for other supported international destinations, and 2–5 business days for Nepal. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
How much does shipping cost?
UK Standard delivery is £4.99, or free for orders of £100 or more. UK Express is £6.99. European Union Standard International is £14.99. Other supported international destinations are £23.99. Nepal Standard delivery is NPR 100. The options available for your address are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, you will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information by email.

How do you select your products?
We select Nepali traditional clothing, Newari cultural wear and jewellery based on the product details supplied to us.
Will the colours look exactly the same as the photographs?
We aim to show colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting and photography.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please check the size information provided on the product page. If you are unsure, contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to help.
Will you add more Nepali cultural clothing?
Yes. We plan to expand our collection to include more traditional clothing, jewellery and accessories representing different Nepali communities.
Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return when your item meets the conditions and timescales stated in our return policy. Please review the return policy before sending an item back.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can I exchange an item for another size?
If the required size is available and the item meets our return conditions, we will do our best to help with an exchange. Please contact us before returning the item.

Our Culture and Story
Why is the store called Guthi Collections?
In Newari culture, a Guthi represents community, continuity, heritage and shared responsibility. The name reflects our mission to preserve and celebrate Nepali culture through traditional clothing and jewellery.
Why did you create Guthi Collections?
We created Guthi Collections because finding Newari clothing in the UK was often difficult. Ordering directly from Nepal could involve expensive international shipping and long delivery times, while buying through social media often required repeated messages and long waits just to confirm prices, sizes, availability and delivery information. We wanted to create one clear, trusted place where people in the UK could browse and order more easily and confidently.
