Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment has been successfully confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. During busy periods, festivals, public holidays or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery destinations

We primarily serve customers in the United Kingdom. The delivery destinations currently available for your order will be shown at checkout. If your location is not available, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping charges and delivery estimates

Available delivery methods, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your delivery method, tracking details will be sent after your order has been dispatched. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Delivery delays

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, customs checks or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier or events beyond our control.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete.

Missing, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at mail@guthicollections.com with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the parcel and item. We will review the issue and contact the delivery carrier where appropriate.

International orders

Where international delivery is offered at checkout, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless expressly stated at checkout.
